Taser stuns bus smoker

There are some places where smoking just isn’t allowed.
The bus is one of them.
Police say when Mark Brown refused to put out his cigarette on a Metro bus last week, he was ordered off the bus, shocked with a Taser and handcuffed.
Brown, 47, a homeless man, appeared in court today charged with, among other things, disrupting public services and resisting arrest.
Police say the Metro driver asked Brown to get off the bus April 9 when he wouldn’t stop smoking. Brown grabbed onto the bus and wouldn’t let go, court STUDIO 60 ON THE SUNSET STRIP dvd records state.
He’s now behind bars on a $3,500 bond.
