A pending deal for express-delivery giant DHL to switch its U.S. air carrier to UPS in Louisville would be a devastating economic blow to much of southwestern Ohio - particularly Wilmington and Clinton County, where ABX Air and ASTAR serve what is now DHL’s largest hub.
