The Highlands at Red Tail offers luxurious townhouses with large floor plans and maintenance-free exteriors in the Village of Lakewood.
When complete, the community by Montalbano Homes will include 176 townhouses, some with scenic golf course views, and greenbelts and landscaped surroundings.
Buyers can select from six floor plans with two or three bedrooms, 2½ baths, wood deck or patio, full basement and two-car attached garage. One plan has a first-floor master bedroom.
“The demand for townhouses with more than 2,000 square feet is increasing among two-career families, active adults and single professionals who don’t want a home with exterior maintenance, yet want more space than is found in many townhouses today,” said Debbie Russo, vice president of sales and marketing for Montalbano Homes.
Located just north of Ackman Road adjacent to Red Tail Golf Club, the community enjoys a country setting close to the booming Randall Road corridor with shopping, services, restaurants and entertainment.

The Dunham priced from $274,990 features 2,233 square feet, three bedrooms and 2½ baths.
